We believe the 66 Books of the Old and New Testament are inspired, inerrant, perfectly preserved, and completely sufficient.

We believe there is one, triune God who exists as three equally divine Persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He alone is God and there is none like Him.

We believe that Jesus Christ was fully God and fully man. We believe that he was born of the virgin Mary and conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus alone lived a perfect life before God.

We believe that man was created free from sin, but also with the choice to obey or disobey God. We believe that man fell into sin by freely choosing to disobey God.

We believe that the salvation from sin is impossible through one’s merit. We believe that salvation is always a matter of grace through faith in the complete and finished work of Jesus Christ who lived a perfect life for all believers and paid their sin when He died on their behalf. We believe that salvation is accomplished in three stages; we are instantly declared to be in a right relationship before God when we turn to God in faith, gradually are saved from our sins as we turn from them, and are instantly perfected upon death. Finally, we believe that if a person is genuinely saved, they cannot lose their salvation.

We believe that Satan is a real being, a fallen angel who now apposes God and God’s people

We believe that Heaven and Hell are real places where people will spend eternity. We believe that Hell was intended for Satan and his angels, but is also the destination for any person who refuses to turn to God in faith and repentance for their sin. We believe that those who turn to God in faith and repentance will go into God’s presence in Heaven rather than Hell.

We believe that the universal church is the whole body of Christian believers and is manifest in individual local churches. We believe that the local church has the right of self government. We believe that the purpose of the local church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ and to worship the true God.

We believe that there are just ordinances, Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We believe that Biblical Baptism is believers’ immersion as a picture of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. We believe that the Lord’s Supper is for believers only and that each individual believer must examine their own lives before they partake.

We believe that the next event in God’s plan is the rapture, when Christ will return to take the church home to be with Him. We believe that the rapture will be followed by the seven-year tribulation. We believe the tribulation will be the climax of Satan’s (and man’s) rebellion against God but will end with Christ returning to save Israel and set up His thousand-year reign of peace and prosperity on the earth. We believe that this will be followed by the final judgment where the dead will be judged, unbelievers will be eternally separated from God’s presence, and believers will enter the eternal state in the presence of God.
